On the 5th of April , Kurt Cobain took his own life in the greenhouse of his mansion. Although Dave Grohl sings the song Marigold with Nirvana, unemployment, love, relationships, teaching, all things human. One person who can shed some light on that portion of Grohl's life, on the relationship he had with Cobain and on what actually happened in. Dave Grohl recalls a meeting with Frances Bean Cobain where speaking with Kurt Cobain's daughter felt all too familiar.

But Kurt was a complicated guy… Dave says: I remember the day after I woke up and I was heartbroken that he was gone. The music I had devoted my life to had now betrayed me. I had no voice. I turned off the radio. I put away my drums. He was funny or shy or this outgoing, larger-than-life persona. He could be sweet or he could be fucking wicked. He could be intimidating. He isolated himself in a lot of ways, emotionally.
