She has over 20 years experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist. She has worked in various educational settings in the San Diego area to include pre-school, private clinic, adult daycare and various charter schools.

As a former professional dancer and dance educator, she is passionate about incorporating creativity and kinesthetic learning to assist students in their academic setting. Martin is grateful for the opportunity to join the Sierra Academy Team. She taught special needs students in a variety of settings for 10 years before taking time off to raise her children.
